Refund Policy

Effective October 27, 2026

CLEAR 31 is a digital download that you receive immediately after payment, so we can't take it back once it has been delivered. We still want every purchase to work. Here is exactly when you get your money back.

You get a full refund if

• You paid but did not receive access, and we could not provide it within 3 business days of your message.
• The files are damaged or do not open, and we could not fix this within 3 business days of your message.
• The Product is materially different from its description on the Website.
• You were charged twice or charged in error for the same order.
• You ask to cancel before the download link has been provided to you.

When refunds are not available

Because the Product is supplied immediately at your request, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind once the download link has been provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

How to request a refund

1. Email bessmertnaya1609@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
2. Include the email used at checkout, the date and the amount of the payment, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps).
3. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to the same card through WayForPay. Depending on your bank, the money may take several business days to appear.
